We're hiring on behalf of our client, a military-owned and operated security guard agency that helps property management, facilities, and construction companies staff and manage on-site security.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an Appointment Setter to generate new business opportunities for a security guard services company. This is not a closing role — your job is to identify decision-makers, get them on the phone, and book the appointment on our client's calendar. Success means a full calendar, not a signed contract.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Source your own leads using Google, Yellow Pages, business directories, and LinkedIn — no paid lead tools required
- Make approximately 50 hand-dialed outbound calls per day via a provided Nextiva line
- Reach decision-makers such as Directors of Security, Facilities Directors, and Procurement Directors
- Qualify interest and book the appointment directly on the client's calendar
- Maintain a simple, consistent pitch — you're booking the meeting,
not selling the service
- Handle rejection professionally and keep moving to the next call
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1+ year of experience in B2B appointment setting or outbound phone sales
- Background in security, janitorial, staffing, or property management industries strongly preferred
- Comfortable with a high volume of cold calls and frequent rejection — grit matters more than polish
- Clear, confident spoken English (any LATAM or Caribbean accent is welcome)
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Available for part-time hours to start (10–20 hrs/week), with flexibility across time zones
NOT A FIT IF YOU HAVE
- A background primarily in SaaS, tech, or telecom sales (e.g. Spectrum, T-Mobile)
- Real estate cold-calling or robo-dialer-only experience
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
- Compensation in USD
- Part-time to start (10–20 hrs/week), with potential to grow to full-time or split across multiple client accounts
- EST time zone
- Phone line and dialing system provided
