Have a deep understanding of the Project Logistics market, service offerings, and operational requirements.
Most of the time is spent on client relationship activities, seeking new business, and working closely with pricing and customer excellence teams.

Main Activities:
- Qualify and generate new business opportunities with a clear focus on Breakbulk and Out of Gauge shipments, specific industries, areas/territories, national key accounts, special products, and new markets.
- Create value for Project Logistics customers and foster relationships.
- Attend events, exhibitions, and client meetings and deliver presentations on our industrial solutions.
- Monitor our competition by gathering up-to-date market information on pricing and products.
- Report customer complaints to the Customer Excellence Team.
- Align with the Customer Excellence Team when onboarding new clients and conducting periodic reviews.
- Use CRM to maintain and update customer information, report customer complaints to the Customer Excellence Team, and carry out related CRM tasks.
