**The position**
- As an RWE Lead, you will:
Lead cross-functional teams responsible for managing and executing RWE projects across therapeutic areas.

Oversee study execution with a focus on regulatory compliance, safety reporting, and high-quality documentation.

Identify opportunities to optimize internal processes and implement solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Provide expert guidance and mentorship to team members, supporting their development and promoting knowledge sharing.

Align RWE activities with broader departmental goals to ensure strategic and operational impact.
**Qualifications**-
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree (Master's or Doctorate) is a plus.

3 to 5 years of experience in real-world evidence (RWE) or health economics and outcomes research (HEOR).

5 to 7 years of project management experience, ideally within healthcare or life sciences.

Experience leading small teams (4-6 people), with strong interpersonal and mentoring skills.

Professional fluency in English, with strong communication skills and proficiency in tools like Excel.
