Technology Specialist
**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Design and implement Dynamics 365 solutions tailored to meet business needs.
- Oversee the integration of MS CRM Power Apps with existing systems to enhance functionality.
- Configure Dynamics 365 environments to optimize performance and usability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment of solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and support during the development and implementation phases.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and recommend improvements.
- Train and mentor junior team members to build internal capabilities.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical insights.




- Ensure that all solutions align with the companys strategic goals and objectives.
- Contribute to the enhancement of business processes through innovative technology solutions.
**Qualifications**
- Possess extensive experience in MS CRM Power Apps and Dynamics 365 integration.
- Demonstrate proficiency in configuring Dynamics 365 environments.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Have a solid understanding of device domain skills which is a plus.
- Show excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
**Certifications Required**
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
