Our client, an international company in expansion, is seeking a Legal Specialist to strengthen their team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Redline commercial contracts, including NDAs, transportation agreements, IT agreements and service agreements
- Identify and advise on risks and provide practical solutions
- Provide guidance on logistics and transportation best practices for Mexico and cross border transportation
- Support business units as needed to avoid risk
**Qualifications**
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- 8 years of experience negotiating and redlining commercial contracts.
- Basic level of employment experience needed
- Strong work ethic and able to operate independently.
- Must be able to clearly and concisely advise on risks and provide practical solutions.
- Cross-border transportation experience highly preferred.
- In-house legal experience highly preferred.
