- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a _Business Excellence Leader _located in _Guadalajara, North Campus_._
- Reporting to the _Business Excellence Director_, _Business Excellence Leader_ In charge of continuously driving a culture of excellence in the organization and enabling waste removal activities using lean and six sigma approaches and tools and guiding actions to a sustainable conclusion._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Implementation of data acquisition systems._
- _ Work as a change agent and drive lean and six sigma activities as defined in the GBE A3._
- _ In charge of eliminating waste and create value by reducing variation in the processes to achieve sustainable results throughout the organization and segment._
- _ Utilize Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) techniques, initiate process improvements, cycle time reductions, cost reductions and other activities aimed at reducing/eliminating non-value-added activities in the process._
- _ Create and validate processes/standards based on standard work and BPs._
- _ Identify, Drive and Yokoten Best practices-based Kaizen projects on the accord timelines._




- _ Conduct Industrial Engineering lean and six sigma training and accelerate the proliferation of Lean culture thru out the organization by guiding and facilitating Continues Improvement Lean Deployment._
- _ Perform assessment of Continuous Improvement Maturity Tracker (CIMT) Operation/Supply chain/Office and drive initiatives to close gaps._
- _ Agile participate in the selection and executions of lean and six sigma projects._
- _ Transformation (continuous workshop in 90 days).
Facilitate Continues Improvement Transformation activities through Kaizen, workshops, and Small Group Activities._
- _ Comprehend and use Center point portal as depository to enable data research and cost saving effectiveness._
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- _ Software, Mechatronics, Electronics or related Engineer_
- _ Knowledge of industrial machinery for connectivity._
- _ Intermediate-Advance English_
- _ SMT Background_
- _ SQL and Python_
- _ Demonstrates functional, technical skills as well as customer service attitude (external and internal).
_
- _ Teamwork participation to enable project improvement._
- _ Comprehends the strategic & tactical impact of the function across sites._
- _ Must be able to guide direct projects and business initiatives._
- _ Financial, research and statistical skills to resolve conflicting goals._
- _ Demonstrate good level knowledge of Industrial Engineering Lean & Six Sigma methodology._
