Job Summary:
- The role is responsible for the development and maintenance of the pricing actuarial models in Radar for the P&C; products in Latin America.
- Key Responsabilities: _
- Support product development in the region with actuarial pricing analysis
- Develop pricing models of current/new products into Radar for P&C; products in Latin America
- Recommend improvements to pricing standards - Data, Modelling, Technology, Portfolio Management, and Governance.
- Prepare rate development/review analyses as required
- Monitoring the main variables of the pricing to keep profitable products
- Ideal in Radar and/or in Power Bi
- Commercial KPIs
- Calibration of the models as need it
- Support rate implementation in Radar base, Radar Live
- Liaise with global and local actuaries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development
**Education**:
- Degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences or related fields.
- Software:
- Radar expertise.
- MS Excel, SQL, Python, R, Power Bi skills are adecuado.
- Any other actuarial pricing tool is a plus.
**Experience**:
- 4+ years of pricing experience in Latin America.
- 3+ years of pricing experience using Radar software.

- Spanish and English skills are required.
