**What You Will Do**:
- Responsible for administrative talent acquisition processes in and out of the Company's Applicant Tracking System, including position requisition creation; offers of employment and pre-employment contingencies.
- Enter and maintain accurate associate data updates in applicable systems, including onboarding, leave(s) of absence, changes and terminations.
- Coordinate onboarding activities including employee documentation and, as applicable, employment verification.
Onsite presence may be required in certain regions.
- Maintain associate personnel records in accordance with Federal and State Regulations.
- Respond timely to requests from external agencies, ensuring compliance with Company policy and applicable regulation.
- Provide administrative support for local and / or OpCo-specific benefit and incentive programs ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Where applicable, assist with payroll-related items such as tracking employee attendance (PTO, leaves) and documentation.
- Where applicable, assist with accounting-related items such as purchase requests / orders and travel & expense employee data.
- Where applicable, prepare monthly labor information of employees who provide services under subcontracting to the service area.
- Other duties as assigned, with or without accommodation.
**Who you are**
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- 0-2 years of experience in Human Resources, customer service, or a related field.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Quality control—the individual demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality.
- Dependability—the individual is consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to leadership direction and solicits feedback to improve performance.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with HR systems, case management tools, or ticketing systems is a plus.
- Bilingual English/Spanish
