**What your day will look like**:

- **Compliance with EHS regulation**: Maintain all relevant EHS requirements, both national and corporate, guarantee compliance through regular audits, training, and documentation.
Develop policies and procedures that meet or exceed industry standards.
- **Deliver Right-Product Quality**: Drive product safety and right-quality by implementing rigorous quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) processes.
Leverage data-driven insights and continuous improvement methodologies to uphold our reputation as a premium brand.
**Are you up for the challenge?
**
- Experience as Quality & EHS Director or related in a integral manufacturing environment.
- Experience as member of the Leadership Team or Head of Function.
- Leadership experience focusing on staff development, decision
- making and high sense of belonging.
- Familiarity with quality and safety management systems (e.g., ISO standards, HAZOP, 5S, FMEA, Control Plan)



and proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., PDCA, Root Cause Analysis, Pareto Analysis).
- Additional beneficial certifications could include ISO **********, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or Green Belt), and OSHA.
