**Senior Quality Engineer (Black Belt / RED X Master)**

**What You Will Do**:
To provide consulting to improve production volumes for Stellantis Saltillo's two engine plants.
The objective is focused on optimizing processes to increase efficiency and production capacity and decrease air and ground transportation costs.
**What You Will Need**:
**Basics**:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- 7 - 10 years of experience:
- Leading and implementing process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to identify and execute projects that drive continuous improvement, reduce defects, and optimize processes.
- Experience training and mentoring in six sigma principles and tools, providing guidance and support.
- Experience analyzing data and conduct statistical analysis to identify root causes, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Experience using statistical software and tools to gather, interpret, and analyze data, uncovering patterns and insights that inform decision-making and process optimization.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, standardize processes, and drive organizational change.
- Six sigma certification: certified black belt,
