As a Regional Lead, you will be responsible for leading and improving a business's operations, including:
- Administration of sites, ensuring optimal conditions (including but not limited to HSSE), maintenance, organizational climate, and cost management.
- Ensure and support the selection, onboarding, development, motivation and evaluation of a competent workforce.
- Contribute in the implementation of Business Units and Division Strategies for the assigned geography.
- Contribute in the execution of the operation to meet the agreed financials with business units (P&L; set goals and others as required);
- Act as NSF spokesperson for the assigned region.
- Collaborate with Business Units and functions on targeted clients and growth.
- Identify the need for process flows and coordinate the realization with the team.
- Monitor all activities of the operations teams related to the creation of customers and system audits, as well as improvements related to the process.
- Oversee and standardize the use and continuous improvement of the operation and systems
- Oversee the allocation of resources to ensure audits are allocated and scheduled in the system in a timely manner, ensuring cost optimization (low cost to serve initiatives).
- Monitor all post-audit activities (Operations) related to the issuance of certificates, participation letters, audit reports, among others, and process improvements, and client satisfaction.
