As a senior operations manager, you will be responsible for leading and improving a business's operations, including:
- **Supervise Employees**:Oversee the daily activities of employees, assess their performance, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate their training and development to ensure they meet their professional goals and contribute effectively to the organization, generating more engagement.
- **Enhance Workflow and Productivity**: Establish and implement systems and practices that encourage workflow improvements, thereby boosting the productivity of the business unit.
- **Financial Planning and Budget Management**:Participate actively in financial planning and budget management to ensure the business unit operates within its financial means and achieves its financial objectives.
- **Compliance & Quality**: Ensure that all operations comply with Accreditation guidelines, safety standards, and other relevant regulations.
Support the creation and maintenance of a strong, high-performance culture within the organization.
- **Problem Analysis and Solution Implementation**:Analyze problems as they arise, develop opportunities for improvement, and implement innovative solutions to address challenges and enhance operations.




- **Drive Continuous Improvement**:Take responsibility for the continuous improvement of operational processes, ensuring that the organization remains competitive and efficient.
- **Reduce Travel Costs and Improve Scheduling**:Identify opportunities to reduce travel costs and drive scheduling efficiencies, ensuring that resources are used effectively and costs are minimized.
- **Audit Delivery Support**:Assist in the development and management of Audit Delivery Dashboards to support the delivery of audit revenue.
Manage the allocation of resources to ensure that audits are scheduled and allocated in the system, delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, operations management or related fiel 5+ years' experience, with 4+ years' experience in leadership roles Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective decision-making skills Experience in leading Continuous Improvement Projects Experience in using Power BI to create dashboards and reports
