- Strong verbal and business written communications skills in English and Spanish, with a track record of influencing others through writing - Proficient in advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Dynamic Arrays (e.g., FILTER, SORT), and IFERROR for efficient data analysis.

- Experience with logistics, manufacturing, large-scale physical operations, or related fields
