- Validate that invoices are correctly approved before processing and payment.

- Prepare and execute payments to suppliers, ensuring that agreed deadlines are met to avoid late payment charges.
- Maintain constant communication with suppliers to resolve any doubts or discrepancies related to invoices, payments or credit terms.
- Manage account balances with suppliers, seeking favorable agreements when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of accounts payable transactions, including invoices, payment receipts, and any other related documents.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between vendor statements and internal records.
- Ensure that accounts payable processes are performed in accordance with the company's internal policies and procedures.
- Comply with tax and accounting regulations applicable to accounts payable management.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in accounts payable processes and propose changes that optimize response times and the accuracy of transaction records.




- Experience and requirements
Academic Background:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration or related areas.
**Experience**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or accounts payable, preferably in a corporate environment or in companies with a high volume of transactions.
- Knowledge and experience in using accounting and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.).
**Technical Skills**:
- Knowledge in the management of accounts payable, invoicing processes and payments to suppliers.
- Ability to work with office tools (Excel, Word) and accounting systems.
- Knowledge of tax and accounting regulations (Desirable)
Soft Skills:
- Good communication skills, both oral and written, to deal with suppliers and other departments of the company.
