We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and self-motivated individual to join our Human Resources (HR) team as a Human Resources Analyst (HRA).
The HRA works closely with the site HR and leadership teams to ensure a great experience for our associates and managers.
**In this role, you will**:
- Partner closely with site HR and business leaders to understand their needs and provide systems support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR system data.
- Produce detailed reports and analytics to drive informed decision-making.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, and service delivery.
Key job responsibilities
Data Validation
- Regularly review employee records, contact details,



job titles, and other relevant information to maintain data integrity.
PXT Reports
- Produce comprehensive HR reports and data analysis, including key performance metrics such as absenteeism, attrition and headcount.
Continuous improvement
- Promote continuous improvement in HR system management and documentation.
Compliance
- Provide accurate and timely management information and ensuring compliance with company processes, data protection requirements and best practices to the maintenance HR systems and records.
