Minimum of 2 years of experience in durability CAE within the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in commercial durability software such as ANSA, Abaqus, Nastran, Hypermesh, nCode, and LS-Dyna.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor junior engineers.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including empathy, customer focus, patience, adaptability, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.




- Conduct vibrational structural durability analysis on powertrain components for ICE and BEV vehicles.
- Participate in technical design review meetings and other necessary meetings as required.
- Support the development and enhancement of CAE methodologies.
- Communicate and present technical data, analysis results, and findings to stakeholders, including management, in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in CAE technologies and methodologies.
