This position will be responsible of leading the implementation of Connected Solutions as a new area for Element Mexico, through the optimization of analytical tools to enhance our Telematics solutions and increase our base connected vehicles, ensuring our goals for the next years.
Principal
**Responsibilities**:
- Design, develop, and implement customized analytical tools.
Lead the connection process of our internal data bases and sources of information, across different areas and levels of Element Mexico.
- Create the value proposition of Connected Solutions and define a clear strategy to increase our base of connected vehicles focus on optimize operational efficiency and improve decision making to our clients.
- Work close with the Telematics team to improve and refine our value - added to vigente clients of Telematics, and make sure we deliver valuable insights and data to maintain that client base.
- Performance management activities.




Development of tools such as dashboards and reports, where the top management can track results and deliver information internally and externally in a seamless way.
- Capitalize on in-depth understanding of the latest technologies such as big data, data integration, data governance, data quality, cloud platforms, data modelling tools, data warehouse and hosting environments.
Education and Experience
- +5 years of experience
- Degree on Business Administration, Finance or Engineering
- Experience leading and supervising teams
- Experience in business strategy, data mining, data analytics and reporting
