**Your Job**
As a Product Engineer, you will provide essential technical support by leveraging your theoretical knowledge and practical experience in glue and chemical processes.
Your role will be pivotal in solving production problems, assisting in glue selection, and conducting product analysis to ensure optimal performance and quality.
**Our Team**
Join our General Shared Plants (GSP) division located in Guadalajara, where you will collaborate with internal teams such as Sourcing, Buyer, PMC, ME, PM, PE, QA, and external vendors to drive innovation and excellence in product engineering.
**What You Will Do**
- Manage and improve the entire glue process, including documentation review.
- Conduct team personnel training and capacity building.
- Perform product and glue-related test analysis and manage databases.
- Facilitate technical communication with vendors.
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline (Electronics, Physics, Photonics, Mechatronics, or related field).
- Proven experience in an engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Optical Fiber.
- Proficient in Product Life-Cycle Management Systems and MRP (SAP).




- Experience with BOM and Engineering Change management.
- Advanced English proficiency.
