Business Systems Analyst 1DutiesDesign, implement and support corporate collaboration platforms.Measure adoption of collaboration platforms and tools and develop action plans to increase adoption.Analyze platform usage metrics and user feedback to inform product roadmap prioritization.Assist in product roadmap management by tracking milestones, feature rollouts, and project deliverables.Assist in preparing training and adoption materials.Become a subject matter expert for Sanmina collaboration platforms.Partner with Technology teams as required in supporting the launch of processes designed to enhance our vision of a Digital Workplace.RequirementsPrefer 2+ years of experience in a similar role.Ability to leverage existing applications or methods and suggest improvements to existing or new processes.Strong attention to detail.Strong process oriented skills.Strong interpersonal skills required.Ability to work on strict deadlines.Ability to work independently, and as part of a team as neededExcellent English oral and written communication skills required.Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and product roadmap concepts.Experience or familiarity with JavaScript, Google Apps Script, Python, or Google API is a plus.University degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or related field of study#J-*****-Ljbffr
