A leading company is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Paid Media Specialist to develop, launch, and manage comprehensive paid media campaigns across Search, Social, and Retail Media platforms.
This role will support paid media efforts across Mexico, Canada, and the U.S., with a strong focus on campaign execution, budget management, pacing, and performance optimization.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across key platforms for both residential and industrial business in Mexico, Canada, and the U.S.Manage campaign set-up and ongoing performance across:Mexico: Google, Meta, Liverpool, Amazon, and Mercado LibreUS/Canada: Google, Meta, Lowes, Home Depot, Wayfair, and AmazonOversee budget pacing, performance monitoring, and in-flight adjustments to ensure efficient spend and strong return on investmentConduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to maximize campaign reach and effectivenessMonitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights,



and opportunities for optimizationPartner with internal creative and marketing teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals tailored to each platform and audienceStay current on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously improve paid media strategies and executionRequirements:QualificationsBilingual proficiency required (English and Spanish)Minimum 4 years of experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including search, social, and retail mediaHands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Mercado Libre, Wayfair, or similar media platformsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make informed optimization decisionsExperience managing budget pacing and campaign adjustments in a performance-driven environmentProficiency with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, SEMrush, or similar platformsBachelor's degree in Digital Marketing,, or equivalent professional experience#J-*****-Ljbffr
