and cross dock locations.General job descriptionInteracts daily with Couriers/Sales/Customer Service to coordinate load volumes for domestic services.Monitors loading and unloading of trucks in a safe and efficient manner.Formulates alternate plans as needed to include additional trucksCoordinates any delays, overflows, cancellations, and re-routes, to ensure on time arrivals and departures.Leads and provides support to cargo handling employees.Coordinates and monitors split and routing of freight through interline (passenger airlines), and feeders; to ensure on time arrival of cargo to final destination.Completes and maintains updated records of all related paperwork.Generates reports regarding levels on operational service metrics (OSM).
