We are currently looking for a Legal Coordinator for our Legal Area based in Mexico City.
** Tu función**: Ensures the business practices, policies, and agreements, meet regulatory requirements to prevent the organization from litigation.
** Tus responsabilidades**:
Review, draft, and negotiate agreements (including Service Agreements and NDAs) with Kuehne+Nagel customers and/or suppliers, the above in accordance with policies.
Advise on aspects of law and regulation applicable to the business unit.
Advice in specific areas of the law including finance, competition / antitrust, intellectual property, air logistics, ocean logistics, road logistics, procurement, data protection, employment and labor law.
Demonstrate ability to influence decisions/actions through provision of value-added inputs into the organization's business processes.
Contribute or help develop a culture of quality, service excellence, flexibility and cost consciousness.
**Tus habilidades y experencias**:
Mexican Law Degree and license to practice law in Mexico.
Corporate Law experience requiered




Desirable Freight Forwarder experience
- Knows fundamental law concepts, practices and procedures of general law practice.
- Familiarity with local and international compliance standards.
- Desired but not mandatory expertise in freight forwarding services.
- Business fluent English language skills (speaking and writing, including negotiating and agreement drafting).
Highly organized.
Effective communicator.
Proactive with a customer focused approach.
