**Core Responsibilities**:
- Manage processing of Purchase Orders for MRP-generated, Non-MRP generated, services, CapEx, packaging and chemicals Purchase Requisitions
- Manage Buyers to meet defined Service Level Agreements with Procurement Operations and Operations teams.
This includes tasks needed to monitor and report those SLA and other KPI.
- Manage creation of new Purchasing Information Records as well as maintenance and updating of Purchasing Information records and Source Lists as directed.
- Monitor key Purchasing policies and conduct recurring review/analysis to ensure policies are adhered to.
- Identify opportunities to better leverage key Procurement system capability and work with Procurement Operations to implement improvements.
- Liaise with Procurement Operations to resolve issues, risks, and dependencies related to Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Supplier Communications, and/or Supplier Invoices
- Partner with Procurement Operations to ensure Buyers are serving the transactional needs of the plants.
- Partner with the rest of the Associate Managers and seek for standardization across regions.
- Fluency in English language (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related discipline
- 5-7 years of procurement experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven leadership experience for at least 2 years.
- Knowledge and understanding of procurement practices, policies, and procedures.
- Sound knowledge of SAP.
Knowledge of SAP Ariba a plus but not required.




- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Experience with ISO and FSC***** requirements in a food manufacturing environment a plus.
