**Job Description** The brand associate is a fundamental support for Commercial Management.
Under the supervision of the Commercial Manager, participates in the development of marketing plans that may include distribution channel solutions (digital, media, inside sales), sales activities and promotional materials for specific products or therapeutic areas.
Participate in budget development.
Work closely with sales staff to supply necessary materials.

**Qualifications** Major Responsibilities**:
- Actively engage with multiple stakeholders in order to foster gathering of insights.
- Support implementation of Marketing-led initiatives including supporting coordination with partner agencies to deliver appropriate campaign content, logistic support for cycle and kick-off meetings, patient-focused solutions and multi-channel and digital campaigns.
- Share In-Field best practices, and support In-Field Teams in their tactical executions to align In-Field Team activities.
- Support marketing colleagues in the development of Marketing Materials, in gathering information for forecasting.
- KPI monitoring and budget tracking as appropriate.
- Budget track of the brands and ensure in time invoicing.




- Core Brand Team member for active participation in the strategy execution.
- Storytelling: owner of the analysis, dashboards, and interactive communication of the data to internal and stakeholders
- Brand Team participation and analysis of strategy.
**Additional Information** Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, marketing qualifications preferred.
- Sales or customer-facing experience and/or experience of working in other functions preferred.
- Advanced English.
- Analytical skills to transform data into actionable plans.
- Good Communication and high-impact presentation skills
- Knowledge of basic marketing skills and principles for conducting market research.
- High learning ability
- Understands the market, range of customer and stakeholder needs as well as issues related to the therapy area, the healthcare environment and evolving landscape.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry business, policies, and procedures.
- Agility and Accountability for the delivery of results.
- Organization and prioritization of activities
