- Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a highly creative and meticulous Tech Lead, who will be responsible for all requirements gatherings, documentations and communication with our leaders.
- The incumbent will report to Assistant Manager of Product.
- Requires excellent Communication skills and must understand the design process, liaising with multiple stakeholders to understand the brief and deliver all in-house business and technical requirements, apart from coordinating with external agencies to ensure brand guidelines are followed.
- JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Engage onshore partners & other stakeholders.
- Build solutions, recommend best practices, create elegant designs, present business cases.




- Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
- Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business.
- Plan, design, lead, and execute technical solutions and improvements.
- Responsible for Code Quality Assurance and ensure code review effectiveness.
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of industry best practices, good organizational and leadership skills, and proficiency in Mainframe technologies.

- EXPERIENCE
- 9+ years of experience of on SAP BO, PL/SQL Development, Unix, Teradata, Mongo DB, Any ETL tool
- Agile experience is must.
- Hands on experience on Jira, Jira Align
- Should have a strong knowledge in building reporting concepts.
- SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Strong experience in SAP BO, PL/SQL and should possess relational database experience.
- Proficient in ETL build life cycle comprising of requirement gathering, design, development, testing and deployment.
- Strong PL/SQL writing skills (Oracle SQL/Teradata SQL/MSSQL etc.)
- Should have knowledge on scheduling tool - Control M / Any other scheduling tool.
- Must have good analytical skills.
- Knowing additional tool of Informatica tool, Mongo DB is good to have.
- Possess strong analytical skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent verbal, and written communication skills.
- Good to have US health care knowledge.
- Excellent Oral and written communication
