As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team and support our financial operations.
**Key** **Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records for multiple companies, both global and local.
- Reconcile company credit card transactions on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Process payroll for employees in different regions, ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
- Utilize QuickBooks to track and update financial transactions, generate reports, and ensure proper categorization of expenses and revenue.
- Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare and assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Work closely with senior management to prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all financial records are up to date and comply with local and international accounting standards.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accountant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (100% expertise required).
- Strong understanding of payroll processing, including handling different international payroll systems and tax regulations.




- Experience with reconciling company credit cards and managing multiple accounts.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of bookkeeping and financial management.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills with a fluent command of the English language (100% fluency required).
- Ability to work independently in a 100% remote setting and manage tasks across different time zones.
- Knowledge of international accounting standards is a plus.
