As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team.
**Position Overview**
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with hands-on experience in metalworking, welding, and blueprint interpretation to oversee the full lifecycle of our products.
From product inception to delivery, you'll play a critical role in ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely shipment of our metal security cabinets.
**Responsibilities**
- Analyze and interpret new product designs and specifications.
- Manage the end-to-end production process, including working with suppliers to initiate production.
- Conduct quality control and release processes on-site at the supplier's facility.
- Coordinate shipment of finished products to Texas.
- Work closely with management to provide regular product updates and progress reports.
- Use 2D and 3D software for product development and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
**Requirements**:




- Proven experience in mechanical engineering, particularly in metalworking, welding, and blueprint interpretation.
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software, Solidworks or similar.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to meet with management and provide product updates.
- Ability to coordinate and manage projects from design to delivery.
- Must be able to travel to supplier sites and manage production on the production floor.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with metal security cabinets or similar products is a plus.
- Bachelors or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
