We are currently seeking a Quality & Performance Senior Manager to join our team in Mexico, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).
**Test Manager Profile**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Define testing objectives, strategies, and plans aligned with project goals and timelines.
- Coordinate and lead test teams (on-site and offshore), assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Ensure thorough documentation of test artifacts, including test cases, scripts, and reports.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks.
- Implement best practices for test processes, tools, and techniques to improve efficiency and quality.
- Oversee defect management processes, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.
- Provide regular status updates to senior management and clients, highlighting progress, risks, and recommendations.




**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software testing, with a track record of successfully managing test teams and projects.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and collaborate across departments.
- Certification in ISTQB or similar testing frameworks is a plus.
This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can effectively lead testing efforts in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality results on schedule.
