**Qualifications**:
- Have a bachelor's degree or related degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Communication.
- Less than a year working as a recruiter or customer service is required.
- HR knowledge is not a must.
- Computer Skills are a must.
- Fully Bilingual, English & Spanish (Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading English Required) English B2.
- Welcoming and friendly personality.

- Support in Recruitment and Selection.
- Administrative activities.
- Control files.
- Monitoring the documentation of fresh staff members.
- Integration of files.
Attention and follow-up to internal clients.
- Interviews in person and online.
- Writing and posting job advertisements and descriptions.
