**THE ROLE**
- We're looking for a KAM to join our sales team.
This is a position where the main responsibilities are:
1) Expand our distribution footprint across customers,
2) Build the omnichannel strategy (end to end) for all our total portfolio,
3) Develop JBP ́s for top regional customers,
4) Create new strategies to boost sales and create brand awareness.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Expand our distribution footprint & awareness across customers
- Reach sell out and sell in objectives
- Build & maintain the customer relationship.
- Execute perfectly all the company plans across customers.




- Customer P&L; management
- Manage customers account & receivables
- Close JBP plans
- Manage customers account & receivables
- Build the omnichannel commercial strategy.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Essential:
- Sales experience managing customers, ideally in the beauty care industry;
- Experiecen managing the north regional customers and wholesalers;
- Sales commercial background;
- Proven Leadership, communication, and analytical skills;
- Resilient and able to manage frustration;
- Good collaboration to work with cross functional teams;
- P&L; management.

- Windows (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- Intermediate English;
- Travel requirement 15% of the time.
**Desirable**:
- Located in Monterrey and have experience managing regional customer and wholesalers.
