We are looking for a talented Wireless Systems Engineer to work with leading operators and infrastructure providers in advanced technologies such as 5G-Advanced, 5G, and Wi-Fi.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Working on the integration and optimization of wireless systems, characterizing their performance and solving debugging issues.
- Conducting field tests (OTA) and demonstrating new features.
- Collaborating with equipment suppliers to resolve interoperability issues and evaluate system performance.
- Participating in the design, optimization, capacity estimation, and management of networks.
- Contributing to tests of new technologies and performance studies in the laboratory.
- Writing technical documents and white papers on new technologies and standards.
**Experience and Requirements**:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- 2 years of experience in similar positions.
- Conversational English.
- Knowledge of cellular technologies (5G NR, 5G-Advanced, LTE-Advanced, and Wi-Fi).




- Knowledge of data services and protocols (RTP/TCP/UDP/IP).
- Familiarity with planning and optimization tools (Atoll, iBwave, QXDM, TEMS, Ethereal, Actix, Agilent, R&S;, Spirent, PCtel).
- Programming skills in C/C++/Perl/Python/MATLAB (desirable).
- Knowledge of ML libraries like PyTorch, Keras, Scikit (desirable).
