Develop and manage systems to control inventories within established guidelines.
Contribute to inventories management to optimize investment and to record-keeping activities.
Regulatory and Compliance Management
Produce, update, and provide best practice support on complex Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems, advising colleagues as needed and using expertise to help improve processes.
Develop, test, and maintain procedures and guidelines to support the organization in the implementation of, and compliance with, internal policies and/or external regulations.
Inventory management software
Applies concepts of knowledge / skill without requiring supervision; also able to provide technical guidance when required
Works with full competence to create reports for various audiences as relevant, in a lucid and effective manner, keeping in mind the purpose of reports.
Typically works without supervision and may provide technical guidance.
Experiência y requisitos
Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade and Customs or similar
Minimum experience of 5 years in the position
Availability, Experience in annex *****,** ESSENTIAL**
Knowledge of CIVA/OEA and compliance.
INTRADE customs system management
Credit and Guarantees Account Control System, SAT control.
