**Key responsibilities**:
- Provide career counseling, including CV/cover letter reviews, interview coaching, and professional guidance.
- Develop career opportunities for diverse student groups.
- Collaborate with a multicultural team to achieve departmental goals.
- Manage career events, building relationships with employers and external partners.
- Plan and organize career-related events, and assist with other school events.
- Attract and manage employer partnerships for Career Days and other events.
- Represent Career Services at internal and external events.




- Handle administrative tasks, such as updating databases and managing internships.
- Contribute to social media content for the department's platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends and share relevant information with students, faculty, and staff.
- Support the development of departmental policies and ensure confidentiality.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Human Resources, Event Management or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in hospitality, with a proven track record of organizing large-scale events *****+ attendees) in an international setting.
- Experience in recruitment or job placement is a plus; experience in education or training is also beneficial.
- In-depth knowledge of the global hospitality industry and market trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with career tools and presentations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Fluency in English required (additional languages like French, German, Spanish, or Chinese are a plus).
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate in a multicultural team.
- Passion for working with students, delivering group sessions, and organizing career-related activities.
