**CHALLENGE**:
**KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Effectively communicate ideas, concepts, solutions, and project results to internal and external customers using technical presentations, prototype demonstrations, training, and workshops.
- Actively participate in regional and integral expert meetings to define strategies to meet customer needs using Ingredion's innovation portfolio.
- Maintain a focus on innovation by updating knowledge on food trends, customer needs and new technologies to provide technical advice and develop new solutions.
- Lead all activities related to safety and innocuity in the IdeaLabs.
(Equipment, maintenance, new equipment, methods/procedures, safety improvements, etc).
**QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS**:
**EXPERIENCE**:
- At least 3 years.




- Target market knowledge (Non-alcoholic and alcoholic Beverages).
- Knowledge in NPD, recipe formulation, prototype development, process, equipment, ingredients, and additives.
Application of ingredients such as: modified starches, flours, hydrocolloids, plant-based proteins, natural and synthetic sweeteners, fibers, etc.
- Knowledge in physical-chemical analysis and sensory evaluation.
- Awareness of food trends, customer ́s products and processes.
