**About this opportunity**:
- Ericsson Antenna System is building regional Supply chains for several key product and component areas.
And we are now looking for a Senior Supplier Scouting Manager to lead Ericsson's Supplier scouting and development activities.
- You will be a key player in our ambition to find & develop new supply sources to improve cost competitiveness and supply chain resilience.
**What you will do**:
- Your main responsibility is to find & develop new supply sources in the region.
You will identify regional capabilities and companies, matching them towards Ericsson's need and build up a Supply chain for identified categories within your region.
- You will analyze the local market to get a holistic understanding of given requirements and conditions.




- You will scout and identify suppliers and in close collaboration with category groups and partners (R&D; and Product Management) ensure to build capabilities to meet right cost, quality, and capacity.
