- Customer Information Management: Maintain and update customer records including contact details, address, delivery information, and accounting details.
- Product Information Management: Enduring the complete and correct information of lists of products.
- Pricing Management: Entering correct pricing based on approved purchase orders, and or weekly price updates.
- Order Processing: Process and submit customer orders accurately in a timely manner.
- Data Verification and validation: Ensure the accuracy and validity of entered data by double-checking and reviewing against source documents.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with sales executives or managers to obtain and clarify necessary information for accurate data entry.
