**What You Bring**:
- Have **at least** 2 years of experience working as a full time Recruiter
- Be able to fluently read, write, and speak English (**C1 or C2 English Level**)
- Own modern equipment: computer (i3 Processor or above, 8 GB RAM), webcam, dual monitor and microphone
- Be able to access to a stable high-speed internet connection(lots of video)
- Have a comfortable, quiet working space
- Have full-time availability**:Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (CST)**
**What You Will Do**:
- ** Recruitment & Hiring**: Lead recruitment from job posting to onboarding, using strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- ** Employee Relations**:



Manage employee relations and conduct exit interviews for insights.
- ** Onboarding & Offboarding**: Oversee smooth onboarding/offboarding
- ** HR Administration**: Maintain HR files, communicate policy changes, and implement employee appreciation.
- ** Reporting**: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes.
