Key Responsibilities

- Drive the execution of strategic initiatives related to AI and Data Operating Models.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote AI adoption at scale across the organization.
- Design and optimize roles, processes, and organizational structures aligned with AI objectives.
- Create and support data-driven training programs based on organizational maturity and business goals.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to develop customized learning paths based on skills and role requirements.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and upskilling through education, enablement and talent initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

- Advanced proficiency in AI & Data Operating Models.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in relevant roles or related skills.
- Non-degree program or equivalent training in a relevant field of study.

Preferred Qualifications

- Strong problem-solving skills in complex environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Advanced strategic thinking with a focus on execution.
- Experience in project coordination or managing workstreams.
