You will be required to work from the Zapopan office, in Mexico.

The Human Resources Generalist will support to keep the operations of the teams running smoothly.
The overall objectives are to help ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, to provide assistance regarding the achievement of HR goals and deliver support to employees at our Zapopan facility.
This position provides expertise in the areas of employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition and management, compensations/benefits, etc.
The HR Generalist will initiate and grow strategic relationships with functional/operational leaders through coaching, consultation, influence and problem solving to successfully execute organizational goals.
- **DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES**:_
**Recruitment**
- Helps to facilitate recruitment by creating a system of recruitment to consistently search out top talent.
**Onboarding**
- Helps to facilitate the onboarding process.
**Evaluations **********
Helps to facilitate ******** evaluations for employees.
**Employee files**
- Archives and organizes employee files.
- Maintains a correct record of staff incidents.
- Archives files of employees who are terminated.
**Payroll**




- Provides attention and follow-up to employees regarding incidents (paid leave, vacations, disabilities, delays, etc.)
- Generates employee incident file for payroll and remits for processing.
- Ensures all employees receive a correct payment and have access to their payroll receipt by facilitating request received.
**Employee Benefits**
- Ensures employees receive their complete benefits on time and resolve any doubts.
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.
**Employee concerns and support**
- Supports employees to draft any letter from the company.
- Receives employee complaints and escalates as necessary.
- Participates in initiatives to improve employee morale.
**Compliance**
- Compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Helps by facilitating HR training with staff including Managers/Supervisors.
- Adheres to all company and departmental policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contributes to the department's team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
