**Responsible**:
- Managing all aspects of home production
- Planning to scheduling
- Manufacturing Building
- Quality Control
- Health and Safety
- Cost Management
- Team leadership and development
- Inventory Levels of materials
- Equipment Maintenance
- Continuous improvement: improve production processes, waste, efficiency.
- Reporting and Documentation;
Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor Degree in **Construction, Engineering, Architec**t, or related
- Significant experience in construction or manufacturing is considered in lieu of degree.
- ** VISA**:

- 5 to years experience in manufacturing with at least 3 years in management within** prefabricated construction building or a related field.

- ** Residential Construction**:
- Strong knowledge in **prefabricated construccion processes, building codes and quality standards**:
- Solid understanding of** management software inventory control systems and ERP system( Netsuite, SAP etc.)**:
- Certifications**:Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma**:
- ** Project management Professional ( PMP or Similar )**:
- Strong background in lean manufacturing, process development.
