**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Maintain synchronization in network infrastructure between Production & DR environments for payments products, ensure changes /configurations implemented in Production are simultaneously implemented in DR environment.
- SOP creation as per Industry best standards for week long True Failovers from Network perspective, ensuring Customer can run their business seamlessly from DR environment for a week.
- Ensure Documentation (Deployment Network Diagrams) are timely updated, maintained and Peer reviewed.
- When Production/UAT issues reported by the Client and/or Implementation team are addressed within acceptable timelines ensure the same changes are implemented in DR simultaneously.
- Ability to debug Network logs and produce technical solutions associated with data flow or processes involved or performance aspects.
- Work closely with the Implementation team to understand the process flow, solution challenges if any and work towards implementing & supporting a seamless sync between Production & DR infrastructure.
- Work closely with the Implementation & product teams to explore & reuse tools/processes for effective maintenance of DR network environment.
- Ensure automation is introduced wherever possible to maintain Network resiliency.
- Should focus towards acquiring adequate understanding of Network Infrastructure of Payment products within short span of time.
- Regular internal Network health checkup to be done and actively own the Network domain for DR environment.




- Be able to effectively participate in DR plannings, work on RCA's, provide DR updates and identify risks with mitigation plans.
- Be versátil to learn, collaborate & contribute across teams.
The Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Must Have:
- Willingness to work in shifts and provide On-call support on rotation including weekends.
- Experience as a Network Administrator or similar role, should possess hands on experience and knowledge in Cisco routing, Switching, Fortigate firewall.
- Should have good knowledge and hands on experience F5 Load Balancing.
- Familiarity with general monitoring principles, as well as tools such as Site 24 X 7, Grafana, Solarwind etc.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal, should be able to co-ordinate with cross functional teams.
Good to Have:
- Experience in cloud technologies such as Azure, Zerto and AWS.
- Exposure to Payments domain and Finastra payments products i.e., GPP or P2G is an added advantage, precisely banking and financial domain experience.
- Should have exposure of working with TAC for different vendors like Cisco, Azure, Fortigate, F5 etc.
Netbrain knowledge would be added advantage.
- Experience in different automation concepts (ex. CI/CD, infra as code) and DevOps tools (ex. Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Docker, Terraform, Chef, etc).
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as JIRA, SNOW and Confluence.
- Technical consulting and implementation experience in client facing projects would be an added advantage.
