You'll work across growth, product, support, and data — building tools, running analyses, and executing whatever the business needs.
- Data analysis across the business: SQL queries, dashboards, growth and funnel metrics, ad hoc deep dives- Build internal tools, scripts, and automations (Python, SQL, APIs, GitHub)- Support growth initiatives: campaign setup, attribution, experiment tracking, referral mechanics- Automate operations: support workflows (Intercom), notifications, onboarding processes- Work directly with the Market Lead on new projects — product experiments, launches, market analysisRequirements- ~2 years of experience in tech- SQL proficiency; able to build scripts and automations independently- Familiar with GitHub, APIs, no-code/low-code tools- Heavy AI tooling user- Fluent Spanish and English- Based in Mexico CityNice to have:- Fintech or payments experience- Intercom, OneSignal, or BigQuery experience
