What You'll Do:
As a CSSS Site Security Officer, you'll be part of our team located in Apodaca, NL, Mexico.
You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks supporting the Site Security, reporting to the Site Security Manager and working closely with site leadership, Asset Protection professionals, local law enforcement and outside consultants as required.
Schedule may be modified at times based on security coverage needs.
Travel may be required, less than 10%.
Your Primary Focus Will Be:Security & Safety Services of the siteC-TPAT ChampionManage the 3rd party vendor security servicesDirect visitors and control access at all Security PostsMonitor CCTV, security and fire suppression systemsPatrol and secure areas inside and outside the facilityDocument security and safety related incidentsAct as first responder to a crisis situation, providing First Aid / CPR / AEDImplement physical security improvementsPerform any other related duties as required or assignedWho You Are:

You also have:High School Degree or higher2+ years related security/law enforcement experienceC-TPAT and/or Regulatory Compliance experience is a plusMicrosoft Office computer skills including Word, Excel, Power Point and OutlookPhysical fitness; proficiency in a martial art and/or other defensive skill desirableCPR / AED / First Aid TrainingStrong leadership skills, effective oral and written communication, issue resolution, negotiation, motivating others, collaborative team player, ability to deal with obstacles and partner with senior management to identify and solve problemsSuccessful completion of pre‐employment criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen requiredMust be able to pass any State‐required training or other qualifications for licensingWhat You'll Receive:
