As an Analyst on our TSG Product Management team, you'll be responsible for maintaining and improving one or more technology products.
You'll serve as the go-to resource for troubleshooting user issues, tracking performance metrics, and executing product updates.
You'll also drive small enhancement projects and bring insights into how our products can evolve to better serve Bain teams.What you'll do
Product Maintenance & Analytics (50%)Respond to user questions and troubleshoot product issues,



identifying root causes and escalating when neededPerform complex manual updates and optimize the product based on incoming requests and independent judgmentConduct periodic user satisfaction surveys and summarize feedbackTrack key performance metrics and extract actionable insightsTest updates and enhancements to ensure quality and usabilityManage Enhancement Requests (40%)Gather and refine user requirements for small to medium enhancement requestsTranslate needs into user stories, process flows, and other documentationCollaborate with internal technical teams and external vendors to implement solutionsKeep stakeholders informed throughout the processDevelop Domain Knowledge (10%)Deepen your understanding of the system and domain to work more independently over timeAbout you2+ years of professional experienceAt least 1 year in a systems-related rolePractical experience gathering, interpreting, and validating user requirementsAbility to quickly grasp new tools, concepts, and technologiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA proactive mindset and creative problem-solving abilityComfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
