and high-volume positionsRecruit operational profiles, especiallytransportation operatorsConduct interviews and candidate assessmentsCoordinate hiring processes with internal leadersEnsure timely coverage of vacancies Track recruitment metrics and propose process improvementsProfile:Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fieldProven experience in recruitment and selection across different levelsStrong experience inmass hiring and operational recruitmentExperience recruiting forlogistics and transportation sectorsis highly desirableKnowledge of recruiting for industries such asreal estate, construction, leasing, and automotiveStrong communication, organization, and follow-up skillsResults-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environmentWe are looking for someone who is:ProactiveOrganizedHands-onService-orientedStrong in execution and follow-upAble to build strong relationships with internal clients
