The successful candidate will create a highly adaptive, play‐based and developmentally appropriate learning environment that promotes communication, independence and emotional regulation.
You will work closely with a skilled multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised learning pathways that enable every child to thrive and make meaningful progress.You will work closely with the school's therapy team and creative lead to develop your pupils through using pecs, communication boards and creative practices.Main responsibilities:
