What awaits you?

- Plan and supervise all maintenance activities of the fire alarm system (FAS) and fire protection system (FPS).
- Oversee the equipment of the Plant SLP Fire Brigade.
- Implement and maintain instructions, tools, and documentation for hot work
- Conduct training for relevant BMW associates and third-party staff on the operation and maintenance of FAS/FPS.
- Support internal and external audits on fire protection, civil protection, and emergency response.
- Liaise and exchange with other Fire Protection experts in BMW and with suppliers/contractors and other peer companies on FAS and FPS technology matters.
- Maintain documentation on status of Hot Works,



maintenance and related KPIs and prepare related regular and on-demand reporting.

What should you bring along?

- 3+ years of experience working with Fire Alarm Systems.
- Expert knowledge in relevant regulations, norms and standards, including related NOMS, NFPA.
- Fluent in English
- Passionate for all matters related to processes, organization, management systems, auditing.
- Strong communication and report writing skills.
- Strong networking/problem solving/proactive skills.
- Solid skills in MS-Office applications including SAP and Share Point.
- Good administrative skills including budgeting, planning and projects.
- Open minded and engaging.
