Executive Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Mexico City

We are looking for an Executive Recruiter to identify, attract, and assess highly qualified candidates for senior-level positions across multiple industries.

This role will focus on building and maintaining a strong talent network while working closely with hiring managers and internal teams to ensure the timely placement of top-tier candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies using multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, professional networks, job boards, and strategic partnerships.

Candidate Sourcing & Evaluation

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and perform candidate assessments to determine qualifications and fit for executive and senior-level roles.

Talent Pipeline Development

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and continuously expand the firms talent network using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.

Process & Delivery Management





Manage recruitment timelines and ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates to meet hiring targets.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or executive search consultant

- Experience recruiting senior or executive-level talent

- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and candidate sourcing tools

- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish

- Ability to use multiple sourcing platforms and recruitment technologies

- Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills

- Ability to build long-term relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders

- Results-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
