As a FFG Generalist - Senior Associate - Consulting, you will engage with clients to develop and implement strategic solutions that drive business growth and transformation. Within our Strategy Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex business challenges and deliver tailored strategies that align with client objectives. This role offers the chance to work directly with clients, fostering meaningful relationships and gaining insights into diverse industries.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You are responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining professional standards. You will be navigating increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand, and deepening your technical skills.

Responsibilities

- Conducting comprehensive business analysis to identify strategic opportunities and improvements
- Developing and implementing business transformation strategies to enhance client outcomes
- Utilizing data analytics to inform strategic planning and decision-making processes
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis to support strategic management initiatives
- Collaborating with clients to develop go-to-market strategies and customer experience enhancements

- Engaging in strategic planning to support business growth and profitability management

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
