Syntax partners with global IT leaders such as Oracle, IBM and others.OFERTA:SAP Functional Integration ArchitectThe word 'integration' has to be taken as being able to architecture, design, guide the functional team on all the functional pieces of the scope (Master data, merchandising, P2 P, O2 C, Logistics/warehousing, Manufacturing, Omnichannel, ...)Just someone used to design functional architecture and solution integration (CORE SAP ERP + Satellite systems integrated according to best practices processes and technologies)The pre‐sales skills are the 3rd competency, meaning being able to support the pre‐sales for scoping, building estimates, demo and customer presentations.You will be responsible for coordinating and directing teams of business analysts, functional analysts, and developers in all phases of systems implementations, upgrades or migrations including: Analysis and Design, Discovery/KDDs, Explore, Configuration, Development, Realization, Documentation, Testing, Production Cutover, and Integration into Operations (AMS).
You will help build new systems needed by your client by identifying the business' current capabilities and future technological goals by creating, designing, and implementing well‐defined solutions that are aligned with the envisioned business solution and scope of your client.You will provide advice on technologies that deliver business results and benefits to your customers, while demonstrating the added value of your expertise and solutions.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesManages advisor consultants in the choice of solutions and tools supporting their respective scope.

benefits and limitations etc.Ensures the integrity and integration of the solution components retained in adherence to the 'business' scopeIdentifies the integration points and integrity of the end‐to‐end client flow in the intended solutionAssists the functional consultants in the definition and construction of the solution in preparation for Fit to Standard workshopsSupports workshops and "challenge" the "gaps", as well as solutions proposed to "gaps"Execute the 'check' scopeSupports sprints and their contentValidates the technical or application solution (reference architecture)Investigates, diagnoses and solves complex SAP project problems quicklyIdentifies areas of process improvement and integration.Ensures new SAP landscapes and solutions are designed and architected to ensure cost effective, scalable, and best in class solution delivery to all usersIdentifies and communicates risks (business, application, technical) associated with component or application implementation at the business level, and enterprise level (working with Enterprise Architect)Participates in business and architecture planning sessions and anticipates future business and architecture changes and strategiesEstimates, assumptions, timeline, scope, definition of role & responsibilitiesReview and challenge functional specifications for accuracy and completenessWorks with the Engagement Director and/or Project Manager to communicate the business process strategy and vision; facilitates business process review meetings with the business stakeholdersDefines release, deployment, and roll‐out strategiesContribute to the Retail Go To Market: sales enablement, events, webinar, SAP and Partners relationshipContribute to the leadership of pre‐sales cycles (tenders, customer requests, etc.) for which you will be identified as a leadAssume the leadership of the site surveysParticipate in the preparation of pre‐sales deliverables (internal and external estimates,



roles and responsibilities chart, scope (functional, technical, geographic, organizational, etc.), timeline, team members)Contribute to the general preparation of the answerTake part in the preparation of proposal review meetingsAssume the leadership of customer presentationsQualificationsA bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or software engineeringAt‐least 10 years of experience with SAP Implementations on the modules SAP Retail and you have experience of S/4 HANAParticipated in pre‐sales activities, blue printing/Explore/Fit to standard and integration activitiesA strong business acumenDemonstrated ability to develop and implement strategiesExceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (this is a requirement since in this role you will be dealing with customers, partners and/or our international subsidiaries requiring communication in English on a recurring basis both verbally and in writing)Very knowledgeable in the Consumer Industry market, especially the Retail segment (business processes, trends, challenges as well as best in class solutions)Highly disciplined regarding client follow‐upsA high energy individual who can adapt easily to different environments and project phases with leadershipAble to address objections with confidence and determinationStrategic and tactical with excellent planning and execution skillsCompliant and results drivenEducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Relevant SAP certifications are preferred (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate, SAP Certified Application Associate).
